COMMUNITY LAND TRUST OF SCHENECTADY (CLTS) offers the low to moderate income families the opportunity of homeownership as well as providing rental units in the City of Schenectady.

These properties are owned by CLTS and are sold to eligible families under the CLT Model, upon successful completion of our homeownership program.
