I am a Supporter/Member/Concerned Resident of the Community Land Trust of Schenectady.  Please tell the Governor that eliminating the Neighborhood Preservation Program will have a devastating impact in the City of Schenectady where they

serve hundreds of people per year, and provide affordable rental and homeownership opportunities, educational home repair workshops, tenant/landlord/homeownership education, budget/credit counseling, pre and post homeownership counseling,

emergency home repairs and more.  In fact, if it weren’t for this organization, we would not have a place to go for

homeownership/tenant/financial assistance in the community.  It is extremely important for the City of Schenectady to have Community Land Trust of Schenectady present and accessible to assist and guide those in need. Please fully fund the NPP.

If you have any questions, please call me at XXX-XXX-XXXX.

OR allowed us to keep XX# of  people employed last year. We support having the NPP fully funded.
